At MyEP we believe it’s much more functional and healthier to have strong and pliable muscles. It’s more beneficial for improving power and strength in sport specific movements, safe guarding the body from impact injuries and better outcomes for specific training problems.  At MyEP it’s about thinking outside the box and getting out of the mundane day to day gym programs. Our Accredited Exercise Scientists focus on human motor development and how that can help us move better. So with young individuals or athletes it’s important to learn these fundamentals to help with sports performance or daily activities, and a better outlook to a healthier lifestyle. At MyEP we look at:
