My EP offers one on one Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation sessions or group sessions are available. You can choose from an in-home care session (where we come to you) or visit one of the private clinics.

Since my wife & i have been attending Jesse Goldfinch’s exercise classes at the PCYC in Nambour, I have to admit that we are starting to feel the benefit from them. Jesse Goldfinch has been my Exercise Physiologist and I have found him to be a very professional and likeable person. My fitness has improved considerable and the health issue that I was experiencing have also improved. Jesse was also able to pick up a serious health issue that I had and as a result of this I had surgery and am now feeling much healthier and fitter than I have been for many years. Jesse develops programs that are both enjoyable and give variety to exercise that ensure that we do not get bored with the programme and one that also focuses on strengthening the whole body.
